At the World Congress of the International Positive Psychology Association this week, Shannon Polly and I are announcing a new book, Character Strengths Matter: How to Live a Full Life.

The book examines each of the 24 VIA character strengths and then explores ways to use that knowledge to benefit yourself, businesses, children, and the world.

Shannon, a DC area coach, is also a trained actress.  At her suggestion, we have a read-aloud passage -- a poem, a monologue, or a speech -- to help people act "as if" they already have each character strength.

As you are building your coaching business, do you wish you had a strong system that allowed you to attract clients your way?

Do you feel overwhelmed with too much information and no one to turn to for clarity of what will work for you?

When we pursue our dreams, our limiting paradigms start to shout at us trying to keep us living small.  Paradigms are nothing more than long-held beliefs, so ingrained in our subconscious that we may not recognize them as what is holding us back.  A few examples include "who do you think you are?", "you're never going to pull this off" or "you're too old, too young, etc."

Join me next WED evening when we will discuss how to recognize these paradigms, the sneaky ways that they speak to us, and, most importantly, how to stare them down.  We deserve to design and live our dreams. This teleseminar will offer you more tools to help you to live BIG!

I intend that you will join me.
